Lockout TagoutNotifications
This update include a comprehensive Notification Center and enhanced Lockout Tagout capabilities, providing greater control and monitoring capabilities for organization administrators.
Notification Center
This release includes our new Notification Center. The Notification Center allows Org administrators to configure notifications for Users and allows Users to Subscribe to Notifications. Notifications appears as a new icon on the left sidebar.
The Notifications in this initial release include:
- Lock Left Open Notifications
- Lock Left Open Digest
- Low Battery Notifications
Admins can configure both the frequency and thresholds of these notifications.
Lockout Tagout
There are also a host of new features for Lockout Tagout which include:
- Force Lock Removal
- Remote Lock Removal
- Request Lock Removal
Additional LOTO Enhancements Include:
- “Virtual LOTO” Location Types have been renamed to “Tag-Only LOTO”
- Location Name now appears on the Digital LOTO Tag
- “See Detailed View” button on the bottom of the Digital LOTO Tag now shows the detailed view as shown within BoxLock Control.
- The Last Responsible Employee cannot remove their LOTO Lock remotely. An additional Responsible Worker needs to be added prior.
- Lock Open related Barcode Scans no longer kept in the Activity Log when the Activity is a LOTO Activity that does not open the lock.
- There is a new Option on LOTO Locations to enable “Remote LOTO” which allows Responsible Employees with active Employee Barcodes with a Phone Number to add and remove LOTO Locks remotely.
Bug Fixes
- Resolved an issue where “Press to Unlock” would show
-2on the first click instead of showing the correct timer. - Resolved an issue where changing Organizations search was not working correctly.
