The ability to create, assign and manage Barcodes to Organizations, Locations and Locks.
Trackables Management
Trackables are digital ledgers for the physical entities in your supply chain. They're mapped to the real tools, consumables, materials and parts that are critical to your operations. They can be organized into kits, packages or orders. They can be synchronized across systems, replenished, delivered, restocked, actively checked out or passively transferred.
Custom Dashboards
Custom Reports and Business Intelligence Dashboards are built leveraging Quicksight. Other Business Intelligence tools can be integrated on an as needed basis.
Custom Lock Configurations
Locks can be configured at the Organization, Location and Location Group level. Configurations are used to adjust connectivity frequency and duration, intrusion detection, third party sensor support, GPS Support and Lightning Codes.

BoxLock Control
A robust suite of access control, audit logs and inventory management tools for deploying and monitoring a fleet of BoxLock connected devices.
Location Groups
For organizing multiple locations, these are often used for regions, divisions, customers and/or routes. Location Groups can apply Barcodes, Packages, Activities and Lock Configurations across multiple Locations.
Multiple Organizations
The ability to access and manage multiple Organizations with single user accounts. This is typically required for resellers, service providers or distributors where Organizations are used to separate discrete data sets, deployments or use cases.
Single Sign-On
The ability to integrate BoxLock Control user authentication with enterprise identity providers via SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect.
Custom Lock Activity Labels
The ability to customize the Activity Labels that appear in BoxLock Control to make it easier to align events in our system with how you think about events in your business. Examples would be assigning specific "Lock Open" events or "Barcode Scan Events" as a "Pickup", "Delivery" or "Inventory Scan". Lock Capabilities
Lightning Codes
Makes opening the lock using Barcodes instantaneous by locally storing limited use Barcodes securely on the device. These are refreshed on every lock connection and require a limit on the number of uses for each code. These can be used for key personnel, daily route drivers or one-time use codes sent in advance.
Intrusion Detection
Detection of brut force attempts on the Lock trigger real-time alerts and notifications.
Geo Location
Cellular triangulation or GPS/GNSS geo location for BoxLock 2M, BoxLock 2G and BoxLock Cam Lock devices.
Third Party Sensors
DEWALT Connected Tools
Support for DEWALT Tool Connect and Connected Tools for tracking, managing and monitoring DEWALT Connected Tools and Sensors on the job site, on the flightline or in the hanger.
Parsyl Environmental Sensors
Support for Parsyl Trek Environmental Sensors for monitoring cold chain applications where temperature, light, humidity and force are critical. Parsyl devices are pre-approved for use by the World Health Organization and are able to log temperature on the device while BoxLock devices play the backhaul for the sensors, uploading current temperature, threshold warnings and alarms to the cloud for immediate notification and action.
Controlets
Re-usable Web and SMS based interaction modules that are the building blocks of custom supply chain access control workflows for managing inventory, chain of custody, authentication and more.
Branding and messaging on Controlets are customizable based on the account branding.
SMS Triggers
Send SMS messages to initiate workflows. These can be links to a web based workflows, chat based workflows and/or transition between the two.
Signature Release
As an alternative to a warm hand-off or signature, signature release can be used to capture chain of custody prior to sending a QR code for access or after confirmation of an order to complete a transaction.
Inventory Management
Order management tools that display any items scanned in and scanned out during a single transaction.
Push to Open
The ability to remotely signal for a lock to open when the button on the lock is pressed within a specified period of time.
Pickup Request
SMS or E-mail notifications are sent in the event that a pickup is not requested at a specified time prior to cut-off, allowing a shipper or clinic to request a pickup request in advance of securing a specimen for pickup.
UPS Pickup Request
SMS or E-mail notifications are sent in the event that a pickup is not requested at a specified time prior to cut-off, allowing a shipper or clinic to request a UPS Pickup Point request in advance of securing a specimen for pickup.
Alarm Mode
Similar to arming an alarm system, BoxLock devices can be put into Alarm Mode, storing the deviceโs GPS location, enabling a geo-fence and turning the Intrusion Alert to the most sensitive setting. Any exceptions will immediately alert the appropriate contacts.
Custom Notifications
BoxLock Control Notifications can be configured using BoxLock Pro Streams to be customized and advanced based on predefined workflows, thresholds, activities or AI/ML based decisions.
Call to Open
The ability to set-up a custom phone tree with a pin number to make a "Press to Open" call, thus allowing the lock to be opened remotely.
X-Ray Visibility
External links that show high level visibility into key vitals on a location. Examples configurations include: Lab Box, Tool Crib, Inventory Cabinet
Support
BoxLock will provide customer support service through a series of support channels that may include phone, email, chat and or customer web portal ("Support Services") 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (excluding BoxLock holidays listed below). Support Services will be limited to issues surrounding suspected errors or failures in the Software, and general questions regarding usage of features of the Software. BoxLock shall have no obligation to provide Support Services for any hardware or software not provided by BoxLock.

E-mail Support (Included)
BoxLock E-mail Support is included, providing customers with timely, responsive and thorough situation analysis and resolution with higher levels of support during the hours of highest criticality to our customers.
Phone Support
Phone support is available as an option for accounts that need high-touch or may be in the field and have urgent and complicated needs that need to be resolved. BoxLock will make best efforts to optimize phone tree support for self-service diagnostics. Representatives will be made available promptly as needs are escalated.
White Glove
BoxLock will designate an account manager, account engineer and a back-up, often geographically favorable to the account as a central point of contact within BoxLock for addressing any technical Service issues. BoxLock may change the designated account manager from time to time by providing notice to Customer.
