You'll now notice a Help icon on the sidebar, underneath the Account icon. This will take you to our Knowledge Base that houses a myriad of articles and resources speaking to how to use the lock & BoxLock Control like :
Previously the Push to Unlock Modal would just show the countdown timer for the feature, but did not include any info about what the feature was. We've added some text to this modal to help eliminate any confusion around the feature to help align with the progressive onboarding introduced in our last Release.
Fixed
- Fixed an issue where the name of the lock wouldn't show when editing the Lock.
- Fixed an issue where Editing a Lock wouldn't present you with all the possible Location options for that lock.
- Fixed an Issue where sharing a QR Code to update firmware would result in a "Invite Code not Valid" error
- Fixed an issue where old Access Configuration data would show after editing to change the options.

Lightning Codes Mid-Market Enterprise Define codes that will open the lock immediately prior to the device connecting to the internet. This will dramatically speed up the experience of opening cellular devices in the field while maintaining the highest security standards, reporting and accountability.
- Lightning Codes are still in Beta, but you can now use them in your organization and start testing! To do so, you'll need to follow the instructions in the guide below, but feel free to reach out to our Customer Success team for further assistance with testing. Intrusion Detection Mid-Market Enterprise Get real-time notifications when brut force has been applied to a BoxLock device. The level of force required will be configurable within Control. Over time these will get smarter, giving you the ability to train the system to recognize various intrusion types.
QuickSight Dashboard Support Mid-Market Enterprise The ability to embed Amazon QuickSight Business Intelligence dashboards into BoxLock Control. This makes robust custom dashboards and e-mailed reports available within the Control Environment leveraging the data across your Organization and other 3rd party systems.
