Prior to Syncing Tasks - make sure you’ve completed the steps in 
Instead of syncing all Tasks at once, it is recommended that you sync tasks in groups so that you can more easily organize them into Location Groups in BoxLock Control. To do this, use the loto-review Tag in Fieldwire for all Tasks that you are not ready to import. Switch only the Tasks you want to import to use the loto Tag and remove the loto-review Tag.
Once the import is complete, you can organize the newly imported Tasks in BoxLock Control. Then repeat the process.
First Sync
When enabling the Fieldwire integration in BoxLock Control for the first time, you will first need:
- To create an API key in Fieldwire
- The BID of the Fieldwire Project which can be obtained from the project URL: https://app.fieldwire.com/projects/PROJECT_BID/plans
In BoxLock Control, go to Settings → Integrations → Fieldwire
Refresh Token = Fieldwire API Key
Project Id = PROJECT_BID
The first time you connect, you’ll want to click the [Update] button.
Subsequent Syncs
BoxLock Control does not automatically import every Task when they are created. It is required that the [Refresh Data] button is used to import new Tasks.
Once the Tasks have been imported, they will continue to update in real-time when the Energization State changes of that Task.
