Enhanced LOTO Features
In this update, LOTO enhancements include new Safe and Hazardous State Change Activities, a redesigned LOTO Tag Experience and Autodesk integration.
Redesigned LOTO Tag Experience
We've completely rebuilt our LOTO Tag functionality to provide a more intuitive and reliable experience. The new tags includes:
- Significantly faster load times
- Improved single line drawing experience
- Faster updates to Energization and LOTO lock status
- New dashboard view for shared screens and LOTO stations
- New detailed LOTO Location and LOTO Lock List View on Dashboard Views
Autodesk Integration
BoxLock LOTO now fully supports Autodesk Construction Cloud leveraging Assets and Asset Status on Drawings:
- Sync LOTO Locations with Assets
- Update Asset Status on Energization change
- View Real-Time Energization status on Single Line Drawings on BoxLock LOTO Tags and Dashboard Viewer
Barcode & Trackables Improvements
Bulk Upload Capabilities
Save time with our new bulk upload features:
- Bulk upload support for trackable assets
- Streamlined barcode bulk upload process with improved company selection from your Companies List
Multi-Location Barcode Support
Enhanced flexibility for organizations managing multiple locations:
- Create barcodes that work across multiple location groups
- Improved editing interface showing all associated locations for each barcode
Extended API Capabilities
The Barcode API now includes:
- Phone number and email address fields for enhanced contact management
- New Safe and Hazardous Energy State Activity Logs
- Improved data retrieval for integration with external systems
