Highlights

A release focused on smoother LOTO workflows, better reliability across key integrations, and cleaner admin controls.

LOTO improvements

  • Faster key management: a new flow for removing a keyed lock from a location, so teams can cleanly update key assignments without workarounds. (Flow for removing a Keyed Lock from a Location)
  • Smarter LOTO lock-on flow: when shifting a location from Energized to De‑Energized, the first worker is prompted to add a lock, ensuring the location is secured and properly tracked. (Add LOTO Lock + Key Trackable to LOTO Location)
  • Clearer key location context in group boxes: keys now surface where the associated keyed lock actually lives, not just where the key is assigned. (On a Group LOTO Box Table View - Keys should show where the associated Keyed Lock is instead of where they’re Assigned)
  • Bug fix: prevents duplicate lock/key creation when an existing lock/key is entered during the Add Key flow. (If an exsiting Lock/Key is entered in the Add Key Flow - it still creates the Lock/Key)

Integrations

  • Autodesk setup is simpler: removes the need to manually enter a client ID and client secret during setup. (update autodesk integration to remove need to enter clientid and clientsecret)
  • Autodesk accuracy fix: corrects single-line drawing point placement so drawings line up the way teams expect. (autodesk - single line drawing points aren’t in the right place)
  • Fieldwire sync fix: resolves cases where a location’s energized state was not being set properly during location sync. (fieldwire - energized doesn’t get set on location sync)

Admin + settings

  • New admin controls: organization admins can now toggle Badge Studio settings and enable/disable LOTO at the org level. (add toggle for badge studio settings and loto enabled on org admin)

Platform reliability

  • Improved device lifecycle tracking: dispatches an event when a modem’s CCID is updated, improving downstream visibility and automation triggers. (dispatch event when modem ccid updated - ruby code)
