New Features

VerkadaVerkada Integration

  • Enhanced Security Ecosystem: The integration with Verkada creates a unified security solution that combines BoxLock's smart access control with Verkada's cloud-based security platform, providing comprehensive visibility and control over secured areas.
  • Visual Verification: BoxLock events are now linked with Verkada camera footage, creating visual verification of all access events and improving situational awareness at secured entry points.
  • Centralized Management: Verkada cameras appear in the BoxLock Control Devices List and can be added to Locations, with BoxLock events appearing as Alerts in Verkada, streamlining security operations.
  • Real-time Monitoring: Security personnel receive immediate notifications for BoxLock access and potential intrusions, with direct links to live or recorded video, enhancing protection for high-value assets.

Barcode Management

  • Bulk Upload of Barcodes: A new interface allows administrators to upload multiple barcodes at once, significantly streamlining the process for uploading barcodes and onboarding workers.
  • Enhanced Lightning Code Management Interface: Administrators can now easily Add, Edit and Manage Lightning Codes for groups of workers or barcodes.

LOTO Enhancements

  • New Single Line Drawing Dashboard: There is a new Single Line Dashboard for any LOTO Point in BoxLock Control that’s tied to a Fieldwire drawing that displays the Single Line Drawing where viewers can click on a LOTO Point and pull up the LOTO Tag for that Point.
  • LOTO Text Notifications: Workers can now receive text notifications if equipment is still locked out at a predetermined time period.
  • Energization Types Filter: When editing LOTO Locations, only enabled energization types will be displayed.
  • Check-Out/Check-In All Keys for a BoxLock Location: Users can now simultaneously check out or check in all keys for a specific BoxLock location, streamlining access management for teams.
  • Fieldwire Location Sync Improvements: Fixed issue where hazardous energy types weren't being properly added to locations based on task status during Fieldwire synchronization.

Bug Fixes

  • Organization Editing Issues: Fixed an issue where editing hex code in organization settings wouldn't allow users to save changes.
