We’re continuing to make rapid iterative performance enhancements to BoxLock Control. This release should feel meaningfully faster than the prior release, which was a big performance improvement.
We’ve also made enhancements to the Controlets for Alarm Mode and LOTO based on feedback to add important details and actions.
Speed Enhancements
- Significantly improved the loading speed of Activity List Views
- Significant updates to back end and front end caching to improve performance of BoxLock Control.
- Caching now immediately displays results in List Views that were loaded in the last 5 minutes and refreshes them in the background to improve overall user experience.
- Significantly improved the speed of Switching Organizations for Resellers and Admins of Multiple Organizations.

LOTO

Alarm Mode
- Added Customizable Action button to Alarm Mode Controllet with the ability to use a Call, E-mail, SMS or Web Link as the action when an Alarm is triggered
- Added a map view to the Alarm Mode Controlet that displays when an Alarm is triggered.
Bug Fixes
- Resolved Issues with the Edit Lock Config Screen
- Tidied Up Check Boxes on Edit Screens
- Resolved an issue when changing Organizations where Organizations could be out of sync across browsers or devices.
