Speed Enhancements
This update makes loading Detail views faster than ever! Clicking in for more details should feel incredibly responsive, while some lists load in the background instead of the page waiting to display until all information has been retrieved from the server.
This is step 1 in a three step process where overall load speed of detail views is massively improved. Next up is accelerating the display of list view and in the third step we’re entirely removing our dependency on ID’s, which will further improve load times.
Basic Plan
Last month we released a new Basic Plan for customers with basic Access Control needs and less than 50 devices along with a new High Frequency plan for customers who need updated geo-location and sensor data more frequently than once an hour.

Improvements
- Clicking and holding on an item in list view bypasses Peek View and goes directly to the Detail Page.
- Added the QR Code to Peek View
- Updated Pagination format
- Altitude field is now available in Webhooks
- Trackunit Kin sensors are now available natively in Sensor Activities
Bug Fixes
- Resolved an issue where adding Trackables for Admins was not saving correctly.
- Resolved an issue whereas Sensor Activities might not be showing if it’s enabled for a specific Location and not at the Org level.
