Prepping the Door Panel
/6\ Door Thicknesses of up to 6.5 mm are possible when replacing the locknut with a standard M12X1.25 nut. Thread locking compound required.

Assembly Overview
- Place cam over keyed sleeve in the orientation shown. Ensure cam is flush with back housing face. See additional information on how to produce Custom Cams.
- Place the acetal washer over sleeve.
- Insert back assembly through hole in panel/door
- Fasten assembly to door/panel with M4 screws (provided). Ensure the housing is attached so that the cam rotates between desired locked/unlocked positions.
Installing the Front Housing
- Insert front housing assembly through back housing sleeve. Thread the JST wire bundle and the two coax cables through the sleeve first.
- Ensure outer knob is rotated to match the locked/unlocked position of the cam. Ensure the knob can full rotate 90 degrees between the two positions.
- Thread wires through the locknut then tighten locknut over threaded rod. If locknut cannot be used due to panel/door thickness, use a standard M12X1.25 nut w/thread locking compound
Wiring Instructions
- Connect the JST and coax cables to the designated board connectors. See image above. Pay special attention to the yellow tape on the cellular antennae coax cable and the positioning on the board.
Completing the Installation
- Attach the back housing lid and fasten with the 6x Plastite screws.
- Insert 18650 cell through the lid window. Pay careful attention to the battery positioning using the (+) and (-) signs inside the housing.
- Attach battery cover lid and fasten with 2x M3 screws.
