All BoxLocks have a Master Barcode. This code is hardcoded into the device, and as long as the device has battery, will open the lock whether it's connected to a network or not.
To locate it, log in to Control and find the lock you're working with. Click the listing for the lock to go to the Lock Detail page. Here, you'll see an option for Master Barcode with a Reveal button to the right.
Clicking Reveal will present you with the option to enter your password. Once done, you're given the Master Barcode as a QR Code, as well as the actual values that make up that Master Barcode.
Only share this barcode if absolutely necessary to preserve the security of the locks being used.
