Fieldwire Enhancements We’ve made it easier to manage your LOTO program directly from Fieldwire:
- Mark LOTO Locations as Tag-Only for simple scenarios.
- Specify the Hazardous Energy Type right inside Fieldwire.
- Your custom energization state labels now carry through to Fieldwire for consistent communication.
Keys & Tools – Now Trackable Keys and tools can now be managed in the same check-in/check-out workflow as your other assets. This helps prevent loss, improve traceability, and maintain accountability across your team. Learn More

Key Updates and Features
LOTO Enhancements
- Custom LOTO Configuration: Added an option to define custom text for energized and de-energized states in the control interface.
- Consolidated LOTO Tab: A new consolidated LOTO tab has been added to the settings menu for streamlined management.
Fieldwire Integration
- Support for LOTO Tag Only Locations: Fieldwire now fully supports LOTO Tag Only Locations using the
loto-tagtag in Fieldwire. - Custom Energized/De-Energized Status Text: Updated Fieldwire and its integration to account for custom text configurations.
Trackable Management
- Key and Tool Trackables: Built out support for Key and Tool Trackables in the check-in/check-out system.
- Trackable Edit Screen: Resolved an issue where the type field was not displaying in the trackable edit screen. Additionally, users can now toggle check-in/check-out status directly within the edit interface.
Bug Fixes
- Fieldwire Auto-Sync: Resolved an issue where the “auto-sync” checkbox state was not saving correctly.
- Delete Location Modal: Fixed a query error that prevented the accurate retrieval of locks in the delete location modal.
- Tag Only Events: Ensured that events are dispatched when a tag is added for the first time to Tag Only Locations.
- Force LOTO Removal: Addressed an issue where forced removal of LOTO did not dispatch events required for Fieldwire integration.
- Org Admin Lock Movement: Resolved an issue where organization admins were unable to move locks from the devices list.
- Locks Movement: Locks can now longer inadvertently be relocated to LOTO Tag Only Locations.
- Project ID Fix: Enabling Fieldwire Integration now correctly sets the Project ID as the External ID on the organization.
